Terrabank put every one of its employees through an AI programme, the AI Clinic, built with Miami Dade College and delivered in partnership with Grovear, the company I lead. Three outlets covered it: a community bank training its whole staff, not just a pilot team, is still unusual enough to be news.
What the programme is
- More than 130 employees, from every department, expected to complete it.
- Separate tracks for senior leadership, managers and staff, built around the bank’s own work.
- Online learning plus in-person workshops, ending with participants programming their own AI agents and designing solutions for their daily work.
