Guinness World Records · Microsoft AI Skills Fest · 8 April 2025
On 8 April 2025 I was one of the 126,151 people who took the same online AI lesson within 24 hours, which set the Guinness World Records title for most users to take an online multi-level artificial intelligence lesson in 24 hours.
To be exact about it: the record belongs to the event and to everyone in it, not to any participant. I am listing it because of what the number says. A hundred and twenty-six thousand people sat down on the same day to learn the same thing, which is the clearest measurement I know of how fast this is moving through the workforce.
